Manage capital projects. Responsible for uncovering and driving
cost reduction projects up to, and exceeding $1 Million,
affecting any/all process from raw material acquisition through
finished product shipment.
Develops budget impacts including start up costs, maintenance
and depreciation schedules, and cost accounting line items for
project operations. Provides oversight of capital project
development, approval, and installation processes. Project

Execute manufacturing support activities for the purpose of cost

and ergonomics. Lead plants' research and development team.
Major projects include a major plant production expansion,
installation of micro and nano-filtration units to reclaim CIP

Participation in the plant's ISO 9002 certification, including
procedural documentation, development of standards and
measurements, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point
