LOSS PREVENTION INVESTIGTOR- T.J.Maxx (2002-2010)

Responsible for minimizing financial losses related to theft,vandalism,accident and

injury. Responsible for managing internal theft in 12-24 stores in 3 states. Supervising

L.P. staff in CCTV installation. Training management and head cashiers in theft

indicators and safety nets. Facilitating training for both L.P. staff and operations.

Conducting monthly audits in each store reviewing results with the store manager and

creating action plans as well as follow up dates. Conducting covert surveillances on upper

management . Conduct interrogation/interviews at conclusion of all investigations.

Partnered with district L.P. manager on L.P. staff reviews. Responsible for L.P. staffs

monthly productivity in the stores assigned. Reviewed all media in each store and

delegating research to the L.P. staff. Review DVR recordings in each building if staffed

with L.P. Document all information related to any and all investigations. Experienced in

retail exception reporting.

REGIONAL TASK FORCE-T.J.Maxx (1998-2001)

Responsible for large external theft rings in Ohio and Michigan markets. Conducting

roaming surveillances of targeted groups with refund activity of 30.,000 or higher.

Building partnerships with all levels of law enforcement on each element of proof need

for prosecution. Partnering with law enforcement for arrest. Testifying in court when

required. Documenting all elements of the crime and presenting to prosecutor. Have

experience with cover surveillance equipment.

Responsible for recruiting, interviewing and training L.P.staff in the Ohio/Michigan

markets. Working with newly hired L.P. associates for minimum of 30 day training both
