• “Designed and fabricated a tack welding fixture for LT300 Oreille box sub assembly of

a hydraulic excavator” in L&T Constructions Limited, Bangalore.

DETAILS:

Manual tack welding of orielle box sub assembly was replaced by our designed fixture which

is currently in use at L&T. Hence, the outcome includes operators safety, high accuracy, high

production rate, cost reduction, reduced operator set up time, reduced shop floor space and

skill reduction.
