EMC Corp- 10/2010-4/2011 through Advantage Technical- contracted

Commercial West division of EMC. Full life-cycle recruiting for

terminated contract voluntarily as offer approvals were put on hold
until 3rd quarter. Technologies recruited for include; VMWare, .Net

Wipro Technologies 9/2009-9/2010- Contracted to support Wipro
Gallagher Solutions in Nashville. Full life-cycle recruiting for this
newly acquired entity of Wipro Technologies and was responsible for
sourcing and hiring technical candidates, sales managers, account
managers, business analysts, developers and mortgage professionals.
Technologies recruited for include; Java and J2EE engineers, .Net and
C#, databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Unix, Linux, UX/UI and
selenium.
Monster.com 3/2009-9/2009- Lead technology recruiter
supporting the newly established Cambridge Center of Excellence.
Utilized Monster.com and social networking sites to fill positions
such as software engineer, user experience engineer, ETL
developer, business intelligence developer, business systems
analyst, account managers, sales engineers, Oracle applications
developer, database analyst, and network engineer.
Pfizer Pharmaceuticals 4/2009-5/2009- Hired to assist Lee,
Pierson and Associates as part of a team to hire 100 salespersons
across the country in only 6 weeks. Employed excellent sourcing
skills, organizational aptitude and solid communication efforts to
reach desired quota.
Sterling Commerce, an AT&T company, through HirePro 11/2007-
4/2009- Lead recruiter solely responsible for full life-cycle
staffing for the global services division of this $600 Million
organization. Avenues for identifying candidates included social
networking, cold-calling, and trade associations. Positions filled
included solution and enterprise architects, program and project
managers, business, statistical and financial analyst, senior and
principal technology consultants, sales and account managers.
Established strong trust levels with managers through organization
and assisted in developing staffing polices and procedures where
previously, none existed. Left after 18 months as AT&T employs a

responsible for the sourcing, screening and submittal of business

last 6 years.
Systinet, acquired by HP Software 1/2007-10/2007- Acting
talent acquisition manager solely responsible for full-life cycle
national recruiting of professional services consultants,
enterprise architects, SOA and web services professionals, systems
engineers and technical support engineers, pre-sales and sales
professional. Developed and implemented their current recruiting
best practices standards.
Gardner Consulting through Trility Consulting 5/2006-12/2006
- One of two full life-cycle remote staffing consultants
responsible for developing Gardner's mid-west and west coast
consulting practices. Hired candidates included managing partners,
partners, professional services technology consultants, enterprise
architects, practice leaders, ERP and Siebel sales professionals
and business analysts.
Sapient 4/2005-5/2006- Team member responsible for the
sourcing, screening, and submittal of associate and senior
associate level technology consultants, using a variety of methods
including direct sourcing from competitors, networking, referrals
and job boards and postings. These consultants supported many
different practices within Sapient including its federal practice
in DC and their technology center in Atlanta.
E-dialog 3/2004-3/2005- Contract Recruiting Manager
responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for their Massachusetts
headquarters. I developed strong relationships with managers and
established the company's recruiting guidelines where none
existed. I staffed for the engineering and marketing analytics
group and was instrumental in attracting qualified program
managers, statistical and data analysts, marketing analytics
professionals and high level object-oriented developers. I also

Lead Technology Recruiter for the New England region
of this $200M software integration and IT solutions provider.
Provided on-going staffing support for the New England Sales team
which was challenged to grow the region from scratch.
I was directly responsible for growing the billable consultant
number from zero to twenty-two in less than fourteen months.
Positions filled during this time included enterprise architect,
software engineer, E-application specialists and developers,
professional services consultants, Oracle functional and technical

Responsible for staff augmentation and IT consulting

responsibilities include sourcing (traditional and non-
traditional), screening, interviewing and recommending candidates

relationships with technical professionals from many different
disciplines as well as compensation and benefits analysis
consulting for our New England client base.

managers and interview teams, as well as external vendors.

retention issues, interview techniques and provided compensation
and benefits analysis and administration. Developed formal
staffing and benefits guidelines. Provided cost effective, timely

Project Lead/ Technical Recruiter for two simultaneous initiatives
supporting two well known Internet consulting companies
headquartered in the Northeast. The team of four was required to
develop and implement recruiting, retention, orientation and
training programs for these new initiatives. We were also
