. Finite Element Analysis: Modelled the heat transfer from a frame (Fall

2012): Developed matlab code by using generalized trapezoidal

algorithm to find the temperature distribution in the frame. Plotted

temperature and error at each link and controlled the error using P-

extension and H-extension approach.

. Computational Fluid Dynamics: Computed 2D Navier-Stokes equations

(Spring 2012) in matlab using artificial compressibility method, 4-

step Runge-Kutta scheme and residual smoothing to simulate:

a) Steady, laminar flow over a backward-facing step and

b) Lid driven cavity flow.

. "Effect of scandium additions on pressure less sintering of Al-TiN
