OBJECTIVE
I am currently seeking a position as a Maintenance manager,
project manager, combustion / maintenance technician, or
truck driver.
WORK HISTORY
2012. Maintenance Manager, Microcast Technologies Corp.
Managed two maintenance departments of the Cuidad Juarez,
Mexico manufacturing division. The 3 localized plants included
die casting, machining, painting / plating, final assembly,
and testing. Some of the equipment in my charge was 13 cold
chamber aluminum casting machines ranging from 400 to 1600 ton
locking capacity, 1 hot chamber zinc machine, furnaces, trim
presses, robotic ladles, part extractors, die spray
reciprocator systems, along with all auxiliary equipment such
as cooling towers, compressors, mobile equipment, water
treatment, power transformers, electrical installations, and
all building utilities. Secondaries Plant consisted of 2
robotic paint lines, powder coat booths, 2 vibratory wash
systems, 3 "Wheelabrator" style abrasive finishing machines,
chromate system, impregnation system, leak and structural test
equipment, X-ray machine, 2 CMM's, and 12 multi spindle CNC
machining centers.
I was in charge of 2 maintenance supervisors and 20 - 25
technicians at any given time. My responsibilities included,
but not limited to, programming and oversight of preventive
maintenance, machine repairs, down time / operating cost
reduction, continuous improvement, and on-site rebuilds of
machines and furnaces. I also personally conducted "In House"
technician training in areas of combustion tuning, electrical,
hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic maintenance,
troubleshooting, repair, and rebuilds.
I also assisted with many of the tasks mentioned above at
their Linden, New Jersey facility on an "As Needed" basis.
This division manufactured aluminum; zinc, miniature zinc, and
brass die castings.
1998-2000 Service Technician, Lindberg/MPH, Riverside, MI
Responsibilities included new equipment installation, startup,
combustion tuning, troubleshooting, and repair of various
types of furnace equipment and systems.
1995-1998 Maintenance/Millwright, Cornucopia Foods, Benton Harbor, MI
Responsible for food processing & warehouse cold storage
maintenance and repair. Maintained, repaired, & replaced all
components involved in liquid ammonia freezing & cold storage
such as compressors, valve systems, coils & piping. Also
fabricated, modified, installed & maintained food machinery
in the fresh/frozen fruit division of the company.
1994-1995 Industrial Mechanic, Alreco Metals, Benton Harbor, MI
Responsibilities included electrical, mechanical, and
hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of
aluminum recycling / smelting equipment. This included but
was not limited to: reverberatory furnaces, crushers, driers,
molten metal pumps / transfer systems, power transmissions,
compressors, hydraulic, electrical, and mobile equipment.
1989-1994 Maintenance/Millwright, Industrial Fabrication, Bridgman, MI
Maintained and repaired electrical and mechanical systems on
foundry machinery and mobile equipment. Responsibilities
included: Electrical and mechanical problem diagnosis and
repair, Fabricating from print, field / shop welding,
rigging, and crane operation.
1982-1989 Machine Repair, Fabricator & Plant Maintenance, Pepper Ridge

Responsible for fabrication, repair, and maintenance of food
processing and refrigeration equipment in fresh fruit
division of company.

Acquired the ability to operate: Possess "Enhanced" Class A
CDL with accident / violation free driving record. Semi
tractor over the road owner-operator. Experienced with
refrigerated, dump, flat, and dry freight trailers, Welders,
Cranes, Lift trucks, Sheet metal fabrication tools, and
mechanic tools. Mechanically inclined, have ability to
troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on
wide range of equipment. Possess decision making/problem
solving and project management skills and experience. Can
work as a team member or alone; cooperative. Perform well
under pressure; competent; hardworking. Good attendance
