assembly fixtures. Responsible for design of final mate fixture (mating of fwd, mid,
aft fuselage), design of tooling for installation of vertical stabilizer into
aft fuselage, structure/airframe for engineering modification. Heavily involved
with analysis of laser shoot point data and graphic representation of that data.

EDM seal slot fixtures, NC milling and lathe fixtures, and drill fixtures. The
majority of these tools incorporated hydraulic work piece clamping and part
location repeatability within .0002”. Responsible for design of all mechanical
hardware related to tooling, follow-up verification of functionality,
documentation and drawings as required, and manufacturing support.
