I recently completed my 4th seasonal employment in the Westin Athens. As a cook I

am always interested about my options, and working with you would definitely be a top one.

I would be delighted to advance in my career and expand my skills by living the challenge of

working abroad, even better having the great opportunity to cooperate with Hyatt Hotels.

During this time at Westin I had the chance to work in different kitchen departments

such as cold & hot station, fish & meat department, breakfast function. I was involved in

preparation and process of banquet events/cocktails/selected special menus, restaurant a

la cart and room service orders .My duties included product reception and storage, product

inventory, as well as pointing out shortages to the chef de partie to make orders. I also hold

a H.A.A.C.P (hazard analysis & critical control points) certificate and pride myself of

maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene.

In addition, I have worked in plenty restaurants with various cuisines

(Mediterranean, Bavarian, Italian, Multiethnic) making menu preparation,cooking and

assisting in product ordering. I believe I am reliable and easy to work with, I can work under

pressure with minimum supervisor and eager to learn and understand new proposals.
