OVERVIEW

-ACCURACY. Flawlessly tracked 2490 flight hours with zero discrepancies
resulting in a 10% increase in the flight hour program and identified as
the lowest error rate in the corporate headquarters office.
-EFFICIENT. Created a single package of standard human resource and pay-
related forms utilizing the mail merge function. This streamline a process
that normally took approximately 1 hour to 15 minutes and significantly
improved readability, and accuracy of data received
RESOURCEFUL. Renovated the flight publications and navigational chart
library and revised the inventory. Resulting in removal of excess aviation
publications/charts and ordering over 8300 publications/charts required to
meet operational needs
INGENUITY. Created numerous Microsoft Access databases all throughout my
career each having the ability to enter, retrieve, query and report data.
These enabled data be tracked in separate tracking systems to be
consolidated in one place which resulted in a more efficient and accurate

ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST, Provide administrative support as a project
clerk on an approximate $161M schools project in coordination with the
Federal & State government & Senior School District Officials. Created,
implemented and maintained an administrative system. Prepared agendas,
attend meetings, take notes; create meeting minutes; create forms utilizing
MS Word and Adobe; log & track various documents; create, complete and
submit various reports; coordinate with other team members and departments
to gather information; maintain 3 calendars for meetings, vacations, and
training; trained 2 administrative assistance in the fundamentals of record
keeping and serialization; review emails, and take notes, for or regarding
