Feb. 08 to Present –

Joining Bare Escentuals as a Retail Operations Specialist, I focused on maximizing local advertising and social media marketing

opportunities across retail properties. Success with this previously untapped market caught the attention of senior management

and I was promoted to Customer Retention Manager focused on maximizing our relationship with the direct customer. Execution

of profitable business strategies elevated me as an ideal candidate for eCommerce Manager. As the most senior member of the

US ecommerce business, this new role brought me increased responsibilities leading a complex, dynamic business in an ever

changing technical environment.

ECOMMERCE MANAGER – Oversee US Web business team which includes an ecommerce website, mobile site and Amazon storefront
