1. A2Z Powertech Ltd. (A Group Company of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.) August 2010- Oct-12 – Reporting to General Manager (Projects)

Asst. Manager (Projects) : Led the IT team of ‘ECM & AMR’ project (MPPKVVCL Jabalpur Project) from the starting of the project.

Responsible for:

• Day to day operations monitoring & management of the various teams.

• Co-ordination with MPPKVVCL officers.

2. SARK Systems India Ltd September 2008 – July 2010 Reporting to Project Head (Bihar)

Technical Co-ordinator (North Bihar Zone): Head of 17 Asst. Co-ordinators working on district level and manage the all activities of the project.

Responsible for:

• Co-ordination with DM/DDC/BDO’s and submission of reports to Under Secretary of Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department Bihar.

• Management and supervision of a 17 member team.

• Responsible for hiring, training, work allocation and performance assessment of IT staff in association with Asst. Co-coordinators for 294 Blocks in North Bihar

• Supervision of various technical aspects and co-ordination with NIC Officers and State Head NIC if any issues rise in the software of NREGS and E-certificate.

• Monitoring the Revenue flow and responsible the submission of collection at District Treasurers office without failure after collection in one working day.

• Also responsible for data analysis and check the data reports before submission to State Head, NIC Bihar-Unit.
