ENTERPRISE PROJECT ENTERPRISE PLANNING (EPM):

Performed Enterprise Project Management (EPM) as a Project Server Resource /Schedule Specialist III, I designed several

Enterprise Master Schedules to capture program status stoplights consisting of Schedule, Cost, Resources, and Technical

and overall program health. RESULTS: Being a key EPM scheduling resource manager I was responsible for supporting

a GPO – Global Program Office Integration, Managed all schedule program portfolios for USA & Europe keeping all

schedule portfolios on track, deliverables aligned and in compliance with project office environment reporting standards.

This program/project reporting information was shared with key Business Technology Leadership to support 330M

Synergy Savings over a 4 year period.

Responsible for supporting a Microsoft Project Server 2003, 2007,Enterprise Project portfolio consisting of 40M in IT

Product Development and Applications. The Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and Project

Controls Administration (PCA) operations evaluated multiple tower project portfolios, master schedules, project plans and

web administration permissions RESULTS: Enhanced merger integration teams on Web project center using special

customized planning controls for Microsoft Project Server reporting management program views.

Performed project management tracking deliverable support to investment portfolio with coordinating by multiple

departments in IT development. Assisted in coordinating sub team project plans into the Enterprise Web Engineering

Master Schedule. Provided project alignment, resource identification, workload estimation and task building activities.

RESULTS: Streamlined time and schedule reporting to Business Clients, Partners, Sponsors and Upper Executive

Management.

Consulted various web based planning teams consisting of jr. schedulers and planners in creating project template models

to be developed once and populated multiple times for formulation filling line instances. RESULTS: This tool provided

a more user friendly software which increased communications, project accountability and dashboard reporting,

significantly improving team morale and streamlining a clear path forward saving 950K in web schedule costs and

reducing investment risk to facility Engineering Validation teams.

PROJECT OFFICE ENVIRONMENTS (PMO):

Tracked and managed Microsoft Project Server 2003, 2007, 2009, 2010 for Enterprise PMO Project portfolio consisting of

40M in IT PLC client support. RESULTS: Established a time/cost baseline for the project Primavera & Microsoft Project

scheduling software by supporting and maintaining project schedules while monitoring critical path vision and directed IT

Governance to realign executive dashboard for FDA compliance.

Successfully developed scheduling planning templates for PMO including project charters, issues resolutions, resource

pools, departmental views, filters, tables and streamlined project office operations. RESULTS: Produce a more robust

delivery expectations saved approx 40% of work preparation time.

GPO –Global Program Office – Information Technology - Business Merger Acquisitions and Divestures for USA/EUROPE

Responsible for supporting a 1 Billion dollar merger acquisition divesture Program Project Management, supporting US and EMEA

International PMO work streams to align site transitions and application rationalization programs working as the Sr. Master

Enterprise Scheduling Project specialist. This is the world’s largest most advanced pharmaceutical merger taking place. Vision is

to capture scheduling synergy savings as IT applications are being consolidated, retired, modified or decommissioned, with

anticipated peak operational roadmap considering 80% savings to be achieved by 2013.

Coached and mentored over 12 program managers, 75 project managers, 18 project lead coordinators and 10 schedulers to

use (EPM) Enterprise Project Server to capture all necessary key information to set up hierarchy workstream lines,

Programs and Projects. These results were able to capture the proper leadership reporting structure to the Sr. GPO Program

Health, Scheduling & Governance committee to enhance overall program health status to CIO for overall integration

schedule, cost and overall project investment returns.

Responsible for Microsoft Project Server 2010, 2007 merger integration Project Scheduling Portfolio’s consisting of 330M

synergy savings in Business Technology Merger schedules between two major multibillion dollar pharmaceutical entities

supporting global project / program management office application migrations.

Collaborated with multiple Program Directors, Sr. Program Directors to use SharePoint sites, EPM Workspaces and other

means of information sharing. Responsible for providing PWA (Project Web Access), EPM Administration, Project

Pro2010 & 2007 and Share Point Workspace publishing level support to all users, while applying key troubleshooting

solutions for EPM. Any continued issues were escalated to the project back end platform administration to support.

Coordinated and managed (EPM) Enterprise Project Server websites, top links to meet work streams business scheduling

needs. Updated EPM project schedules look up tables and application migration rationalization templates to keep driving

continuous improvement for users. This provided Scheduling PMO best practices and kept critical project alignment and

compliance on track.

Determined Global Program template operational reporting components to augment master scheduling integration tools.

This helped ground a scheduling approach to produce the program/project health status extracted from master schedule and

Sr. Program Scheduling Master Planning

Responsible for a major project engineering and construction master project building worlds largest and most advanced automated

mail order specialty prescription dispensing automated pharmacy, A 318,000 square foot pharmacy, with anticipated peak operation

in 2012. Tracked and managed master project scheduling operation investment worth approx $260 million to develop a next-

generation mail-order facility, to dispense more than 2 million prescriptions a week at peak operation with the use of next

generation computers, system robotics, laser optical scanners and other technology drug dispensing equipment systems.

Tracked and managed senior management building engineering automation pharmacy master schedule by providing

leadership and expert mentoring guidance in scheduling performance and multiple critical path planning analysis and

program coordination to major functional area clients.

Lead and identified all scheduling program efforts to integrate multiple schedules across automation sub-systems

components. Developed all work breakdown structures, schedule input from statements of work and contract deliverables

related to Global Engineering Compliance. Supported customer driven schedules, baseline reviews, while working closely
