§9 Local Indirect Account Executive (March 2005.) Administered training on new products, promotions, systems, advertising, commissions and techniques to facilitate growth of targeted business. Aided teams in meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas. Taught owners and employees how to give their customers a positive experience that would make the customer refer friends and family to the store which created repeat business and a larger, loyal customer base. § National Indirect Account Executive (March 2004.) Supported and managed the Vision Expert Program. Provided support and training, merchandising, event planning and coordination. Planned outdoor events to announce a facility grand opening and worked with T-mobile and Cingular to fund the event. Solved several customer issues relating to activations, customer service and defective phones. Worked with Wireless Retail to ensure that Sprint was achieving superlative market share at Best Buy. § Radio Shack Indirect Account Executive (April 2001.) Supported 25 of the Top Producing Radio Shack Stores in the Dallas Fort Worth Area with store visits and floor selling. Developed New Training Programs for the Team to utilize during New Hire Orientations, Manager Meetings and Associate Meetings. Worked directly with the Top District Manager to develop sales strategies, incentive programs and sales goals to motivate the Managers and Sales Associates. In March of 2002 FAST was deployed to Districts 0510 to work out problems and issues, and make suggestions on how to improve the system. This District was the only District that FAST was completely deployed to in the DFW area. Worked on an individual basis with the low producing Associates to bring their Sales of PCS up to the district average of 20 handsets per person. Held several Events and Tent Sales to help promote and produce PCS sales. Facilitated Inter Company Stock transfers to ensure that all locations had adequate inventory allotments for each weekend. Mentored New Radio Shack IAE’s (Indirect Account Executive) to help them become acclimated to the Radio Shack culture. Substituted for the Indirect Sales Manager when needed. Set-up and coordinated the Radio Shack Golden Quarter kick-off for 2002.
§ Indirect Account Executive (May 2000.) Managed 35 National Distributors to ensure a strong relationship between the Store Managers, Sales Associate and Sprint PCS. Worked with National Distributors through both training and floor selling to improve knowledge of our product and the needed selling skills. Set a new process in place to assist the IAE’s in reaching quotas by setting goals at each National Distributor and got each National Distributor to buy-in and motivate Sales Associates to reach the set goal. Developed and implemented several sales contests for our National Distributors. Developed and wrote PA announcements for Dillards and Foley’s to utilize during heavy shopping periods and holidays. Shared these PA announcements with the teams to ensure e their success at each door.
§ Indirect Account Associated in (July 1999.) Supported Indirect Account Executive in the everyday performance of his duties. Managed 15 Top Local Dealer accounts to ensure a strong relationship between the dealer and Sprint PCS. Filled in for the Indirect Account Executive when the IAE is not available.
