• Directed an 18 million dollar overhaul of a 24 story building with 504 apartments, by

coordinating the remodeling project to 2 floors completed every 3 weeks. The entire building

interior and exterior envelope were completed within 1 year, within budget.

Maintenance:

• Developed a companywide maintenance procedure/reporting for 35+ sites statewide.

• Developed a preferred vendor program which saved $120k the first year.

• Coordinated several installations of boilers, chillers and emergency generators.

• Coordinated all construction and remodeling projects within a "High Security" state prison.

• Worked on project team to develop a "Maintenance Apprenticeship" program for a state multi-

housing organization.

Security/Safety:

• Developed specs, selected vendors and oversaw the installation of many systems with cameras,

access controls, metal detectors, sensors of all types, and re-keying of many buildings.

• Oversaw the installation of several fire-suppression systems.
