Project 1-

“MANUFACTURE OF BISCUIT USING VARIOUS LEVELSOF JAGGERY

(Saccharumoffinarum) AS A SWEETNER”.

The objective of project is to usejaggery as a sugar substitute in biscuit preparation which

can also be used by diabetic patients.

Project 2-

“UTILIZATION OF DRUMSTICK LEAVES POWDER IN WEANING FOOD

PREPARATION WITH SOY FLOUR AND MAIZE FLOUR”

The objective of project is to developed protein rich weaning food by using drumstick

leaves powder which act as a “nutraceutical” for infants.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITY:

Secured 6th Rank in all India entrance exam conducted by ICAR.

Participated in one day training program on “Food safety and standards

act,rules and regulations” conducted by “National agriculture and

foodanalysis and research institute”

Participated in “The46th Annual Convention of Indian Society of Agricultural

Engineers and International Symposium On Grain Storage”.

Participated in “poster presentation” on “Formulation and

proximateanalysis of soy-corn and carrot blended cookie”in international

symposium on grain storage”.
