3 Project Report Based on Plant Maintenance System.

Project Summary:

The Project Titled Plant Maintenance is the part of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. ERP system covers all the systems of the manufacturing industry. Maintenance system is the one of the system among them, which maintains all the machines installed in the plant. A database is designed to store & retrieve information about the maintenance of the machines installed at the industry.

It keeps the record of the attended date & about the next due date of the maintenance of the equipments. Maintenance activities for equipments in the plant and the frequency with which these activities are performed are specified in the database.

The calibration of the equipments is done by calibration agencies. The system maintains the database of these calibration agencies. It keeps the records of what ambient conditions are required for the calibration of the equipments.

TRAINING WORK EXPERIENCE:

1 Working in CMC Ltd. Subsidiary of TCS under Project Of Passport Seva Project in RPO Dehradun.

2 7 months experience in institute as a Computer Teacher.

3 3 months experience in computer hardware assembling and software installation. Work involved setting up a computer laboratory at RIMS Roorkee. It mainly included assembling the computer systems, organizing them as a network for remote access and installing operating systems and other relevant softwares.
