I help assist the optical department when needed for selling/dispensing and adjusting of glasses.

I was a Team leader and trainer for the last three years. Putting together patients’ charts, scheduling appointments and making sure the patients are satisfied. I know how to deal with upset patients troubleshooting problems to make the patients experience a good one. I was trained on basic pretesting of patients, auto refractor and NCT machine and using the lensometer.
