Throughout my professional career, I have spent approximately sixteen years working for large companies. The one thought process for all offices remains the same “the customer or patient must always be treated with professionalism and politeness”. I dealt with clients on a regular basis, and completed their request in a timely manner. Although most of my professional career has been in the brokerage, finance business, taking care of the client’s need was my main function. Multitasking is essential in this type of work. Even in the medical field, the customer’s financial concerns can be equally as stressful. In any professional position, assisting the customer with financial issues as well as their health needs should be handled with the utmost care.
After years of lack fulfillment in the corporate world, I decided to use my use my customer skills in a new and exciting field and become a Medical Assistant. I have always had an interest to help others and I feel with my years of experience in customer relations would make me a very positive asset to your office. You will find that I work very well with others and make myself available wherever I can be of assistance.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss further my skills and background. I thank you in advance for this opportunity.
Respectfully,
Margaret A. Craig
