Summary:
I am a fresh graduate in Master in Oil and Gas Technology from Aalborg University, Denmark. During my
Studies, I gained excellent knowledge about offshore oil and gas industry theoretically and practically as well. I have good
knowledge of Process and Safety Design, Oil and Gas production/ processing facilities, System Design, Drilling, Well
Testing, Well Completions, Production Operations, PVT analysis, Production Logging, Rock Mechanics, Horizontal Well
Technology, Gas Lift Design.
Currently, I am doing a thesis for master in Process Engineering from Telemark University College, Norway. I will be
available for the job from 10 Janaury 2013. I have a solid experience in working in teams as well as individually. I have
good communication and interpersonal skills. I am dedicated, hardworking and a quick learner with the experience of

It was an innovation workshop for four days held at Aalborg University. It was group work, and our group won first
position. We had a new business idea that did not exist before. Diaper Sensor was our idea to facilitate older people in
hospitals.
01.09.2010- 17.12.2010 English Communication and Presentation, Aalborg University, Denmark.
The purpose of this course was to improve skills of English Communication and Presentation. I passed the exam, and
rewarded 2 ECT in diploma.
01.09.2010- 15.12.2010 Technical English Composition, Aalborg University, Denmark.
This course was held in Aalborg University to improve writing, reading and listening of English language at professional
level. I passed the exam, and rewarded 2 ECT in diploma.
Work Experience:
05.2006 - 08.2008 Rahmat Nazir Viscose Fiber Ltd.
Role: Process Engineer
In depth knowledge of designing, production, operations, scheduling, planning, process and energy optimization,
material balance calculations, etc. Involved in the manufacturing of viscose fiber. I was responsible for the design and
installation of pumps, reactors, heat exchangers, pipelines, valves with safety system as well. Installation, commissioning
and start up of chip drying plant with D.C.S. System. Local development of viscose quality in conjunction with technical
department.
Projects:
Thesis: Thermodynamic study of Supercritical fluid Extraction of Crude Oil from a Reservoir.
I modeled thermodynamic foundations for this extraction process representing thermodynamic properties such as
fugacity, activity coefficients, Gibbs Excess Energy and Gibbs Energy of mixing for a binary mixture etc.
Additionally, I computed conventional petrophysical properties using Interactive Petro physics (software). Simulation of
reservoir was performed using Petrel Reservoir Engineering and ECLIPSE (softwares).
09.2011 - 12.2011 Enhanced Oil Recovery Using Supercritical Carbon Dioxide with and without Co-solvent.
It was an individual project. I worked on this project theoretically and practically. I performed many experiments in the
Laboratory of Aalborg University. I developed experimental procedure, plans, and analyzed data. I designed and simulated
Supercritical Fluid Extractor using Aspen Plus, and compare results from simulation and experiments.
01.2011 - 06.2011 Design and Optimizing of Processes in the Oil and Gas Industry, Maersk, Denmark.
In this project,, I designed and simulated Off Shore Separation train equipped with the most advanced Safety and
Control systems, Separators, Compressors, Valves, Heat Exchangers, Pipes and Pumps by using Aspen Hysys. Then I
designed 300 Km long pipelines for gas and crude oil to transport gas and Crude Oil to onshore by using Pipesys
and Ansys Fluent.
I had designed and simulated Gas Process Plant to achieve proper dew point specification for pipelines before exporting
Onshore gas to use, Desulfurization of Refinery Gases by Aspen Plus, and Sulfur Recovery Plant.
I made P&ID of Offshore Separation Train. I designed Distillation Column using Aspen HYSYS. I have worked on safety
studies for Offshore using techniques such as HAZOP, FTA, FMEA, Installation/Facilities Safety etc.
09.2010 - 01.2011Design of Separation Train for Crude Oil Separation into Oil and Gas Phases, Maersk.
It was a group project. I designed heat exchangers, pumps, valves, separators manually using engineering principles. I
designed Gas Processing Plant Using Aspen Hysys.
01.2006 - 05.2006 Design and Optimizing of Processes in the Distillation Column, University of the Punjab.
01.09.2012-01.12.2012 Simulation and cost estimation of CO2 capture from aluminum production, Tel-
Tek, Porsgrunn.
It is an ongoing group project at Telemark University College, Porsgrunn, Norway. The task is to simulate and cost
estimation of CO2 capture with varying CO2 concentrations; 3, 4, 7 and 10 Vol% from aluminum production using Aspen
Plus.
