EMAAR MGF LAND LIMITED [FROM AUGUST 2009 TO JUNE 2011]

Working in the Corporate Secretarial Department of Emaar MGF Land Limited since August 2009, with first 15 months as a Management Trainee. The Company is a Joint Venture between Emaar Properties PJSC, Dubai and MGF Developments Limited, India and is one of the India's premier real estate construction & development company. The main business of the Company is development of properties in residential, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

Companies Act / Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Handled corporate secretarial work of the Company and other group Companies including incorporation of new companies, preparation and filing of e-forms with ROC, preparation of minutes, maintenance of Statutory Records, preparation of Agenda etc.
