Expertly trained army troops in the machine shop. Manufactured various
parts for UH47, UH60, and 54 helicopters. Developed specialized tools
for mechanics and helped mechanics in the maintenance of the heads of
UH60 helicopters.

Successfully operated 55 and 100 VTL machines, engine lathes, milling
machines, and big drill press, manufacturing various parts and
repairing water pumps for the Navy.

Effectively ran 48, 100, and 140 VTL machines. Regularly coordinated
inspections and production work with engineers to start new projects.
Worked with electrical tracers and conventional operations,
manufacturing parts with various tolerances using PI tapes. Thoroughly
inspected finish products using calipers and electronic measuring
instruments to verify wall thickness. Utilized PI tapes to check OD
and ID diameters.
