As a senior project manager with GGC I have brought a variety of projects from inception thru
completion. Responsibilities include: business development, preconstruction, project estimating,
establishing budgets, establishing scope, buyout, material ordering, permitting, site logistics, construction
management, and closeout. I had great success in establishing excellent working relationships with a
variety of owners thru the use of clear communication and a sense of urgency needed to drive the
projects to completion on time and on budget. Project sizes have ranged from 1 million dollars to over
$18 million. Volume has included management of multiple projects simultaneously with a career high of
$20 million in concurrent project. My LEED experience has included several projects all of which have
achieved the intended goal ranging from LEED Silver to Gold. My construction emphasis over the last
several years has been in healthcare and research. Recent projects have included a NICU, a PACU, a

My career signature projects have included:
Ø 30,000 SF Renovation for Harvard Medical School. Scope included complete structural
renovation and interior fit-up. Value: $18,000,000.
Ø 10,000 SF Renovation for Childrens Hospital. Scope included historical restoration of Brookline
mansion for the use of a long term stay facility for parents of ill children. Value: $10,000,000
Ø 5000 SF renovation of Childrens Hospital Animal Research Imaging facility. Included the
installation of an MRI 30’ below grade requiring significant MEP and structural coordination.
Value: $5,000,000.
