transformers

Description:

In general Power system mainly concentrates on generation &

transmission of power in an economical way while transmitting the generated

power to a long distance, huge line loss will occur. In order to reduce

line loss. We have to step up or step down the voltage as per our

requirement. So transformer & generator will operates on very high voltage.

In generating stations the capacity of the transformer used is very high &

also there are very costly. If any fault occurs on either internal or

external there will occur damage in the system. So protection of generator

& generator transformer is necessary.

Extra Curricular Activities:

. Elected as a Class leader from 1st standard to 10th standard

. Participated in the event Contraptions in CONVERGENCE 2K11, a

National Level Technical Symposium held in VNR Vignana Jyothi
