I've been in building maintenance for ten years. I was a building contractor for six hundred unit apartment complexes. Job duties included,overseeing instalation of sewagelines,waterlines,plumbing fixtures,appliances.punchout list,and all service work.As well as getting superintendent to signoff on job completion.I have two College vocation degrees,one in horticulture,turfgrass,and bed design. One in drug counseling,theroy,and ethics,as well as fifty four College credits in all required subjects
