Summary
I have experience in the hospitality industry for last 19 years in various departments. Have worked in the
restaurants & the Catering (including Facilities Management, hospital, hostel, camps & VIP lounge).
Currently, I am working as a Facilities Coordiantor in Facilities & Hospitality Management Company,
called Labotel (an Al Otaiba Enterprises). During my tenure, I have gained experience in banquets (in-
door & out-door), camp operations, and basic knowledge of production (especially in South Indian
Cuisine). And to support my experience I had undergone awareness training in the Food Safety
Management system, HACCP, OSHAS to name a few. I am a good team player and have the capability
to facilitate training for new & existing staffs. On the administration front I’m well versed with Profit &
Loss statement, Vendor’s evaluation, Store Inventory, effective supervision, implementing safety
