Oversee all laboratory operations, expansion initiatives, and track incoming soil samples, labeling

each sample upon arrival and ensuring samples meet test standards.

Perform soil testing and monitor test performance and ensure AAHSTO and ASTM standard specifications

are met, review test results and prepare geotechnical reports to clients.

Provide key training, technical assistance to new technicians, resident engineers and field technicians, and

oversee Lab and testing records.

Document digital records of soil samples and keep efficient records of testing results.

Develop Sales Orders in QuickBooks and submit invoicing for all soil sampling performed each month.

Exceed all deadlines increasing customer satisfaction and serve as customer liaison for customer inquiries.

Managed all soil samples from private clients and the New Jersey Turnpike widening project.
