• Over 32 years of experience in Field Construction Manager, Planner
Scheduler, and Lead Electrical/Instrument Designer. Worked in
Construction, and Installation of Equipment in the domestic and
internationally, using Mictrostation, Acad and Intools, Windows 95, 98, MS
Office 97.
• Have worked on all type of projects to include Sub Sea, Offshore
Platforms and Drilling Rigs, Support offshore hook up and commissioning
operations, Petrochemical, Refinery and Construction industry.

the Power and Steam Upgrade Projects.

Cell Transmitters, Process Controllers, Recorders Pneumatic, Actuators,

• My duties as a planner included planning and scheduling of manpower,
subcontractors, heavy equipment and material purchasing.
• Leading the E & I Design group in preparing the fabrication and
construction drawings, re-checking AFC drawings in order to confirm
correctness of system design. To raised Site Technical Query if there’s any
discrepancy in the AFC drawings to Client. Discuss and proposed to Client
any issues arise during IFC stage. Coordinate and liaise with supplier /
vendor to ensure the correctness of all supply equipment / material as per
contract and specification. To incorporated all VDRL in the IFC drawings.
Leading construction group, monitoring E & I progress / supervise sub-
contractors during construction / fabrication stage. Assisting
Commissioning Group on the Pre-Comm. Activities.
• Responsible to retrieve Ex equipment documents such as data sheets and
Certificate of Conformity (CoC) from client office complex or platform.
• Oversees and ensures feasibility study, conceptual, basic and detailed
engineering design that are carried out by the Tankage discipline are in
accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor job progress and control man-hour. I had to Adhere to ISO quality
requirements in the execution of works and ensure all staffs are doing the
same.

start-up activities.

Standards and Cost Codes.

Responsbilities included working with In-Tools, Autocad & PDMS to insure
drawings were accurate and up to date. Designed the Communication
design drawings were drawn and coordinated with the Contract Com’s
Engineer on where PA/GA and Sat Com’s were located and properly
installed to the specifications of the client.
Designed the HPU skid along with the PDMS modeler to insure it was

entire ship from block stage, erection stage, on board stage before and

• Worked on project for Transco pipeline installing controls for a substation
which included a Compressor station and control room.
• We had to design all the controls and PLC system (Allen Bradly) and have
it communicate via satellite to the home office; this included their safety
systems and fire monitoring system as well.
• From that project I moved to a refinery that was to be built in Saudi- Arabia
which included all the controls and power distribution, but the project was
shut down when Desert Storm evolved in the region, which caused Fluor
to have a layoff.

files in the electronic system for the project, this system took the data and
created all the loops and cable schedules with all the Jbox loading and
