Brief Overview of Current Project:

The Welltech Telephony SIP Proxy WellSIP-6500 provides a

comprehensive, powerful platform for delivering IP telephony

applications based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). It offers

call-control features to enable service providers to quickly and

reliably deploy next generation packet-voice networks. Due to the lack

of IPV4 address, a lot of customer is using NAT for their network.

WellSIP-6500 provides a feature to automatically traverse NAT

users signaling and voice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

> PREPARATION OF TEST PLAN.

> Involved in writing test cases for SIP functionality for various

features such as call cancellation, call transfer, call forward (busy,

no answer).

> Analyzing the scope of testing.

> Design and Execution of test cases of sip

> Posting Bugs and updating bug-tracking system as appropriate.

Brief Overview of Project

GSM Gateway HG-4000 Series supports up to 72 VOIP GSM ports & can

operate on GSM 800, GSM 1800, GSM 1900 range of frequencies, and

provides superior voice technology for connecting legacy PBX systems

with IP networks, and new IP-based PBX and devices with Cellular

networks. The GSM gateway implements the call processing unit and

supports the CC protocol .The VOIP GSM Gateway HG-4000 series enables

inbound and outbound VOIP and Cellular calls - all in one compact box.

Given the systems flexibility, modularity and scalability, the VOIP

GSM Gateway - HG-4000 can be pre-configured to meet precise customer

requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

> INVOLVED IN WRITING TEST CASES FOR SIP FUNCTIONALITY FOR VARIOUS

FEATURES SUCH AS CALL CANCELLATION, CALL TRANSFER, CALL FORWARD (BUSY,

NO ANSWER).

> Preparation of Test Plan.

> Executed End to end System testing of Call Hunting Feature

> Executed sanity testing for every new builds.

> Trouble shooting using Call trace, MAP, BSSAP & SIP signaling messages

and system logs.

Brief Overview of Project

Control Switch is a carrier-grade, packet telephony soft switch with

programmable service delivery platform based on modular, distributed

computing framework. It provides convergence of IP and TDM networks

for both Trunking and Access (C4/C5) switching. It supports industry

standard protocols such as SIP, MGCP, H.248 and global PSTN signaling

variants. Its service architecture includes Policy Element (PE) which

responds to service policy queries with treatments based on a database

of provisioned policies; Call Control Element (CCE) which supports

protocol mediation between PSTN facing & resource management; IP Call

Element (ICE) which supports SIP and H.323 protocol-specific

processing and resource management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

> INVOLVED IN INSTALLATION OF NEW CONTROL SWITCH BUILD IN THE TEST BED.

> Preparation of Test Plan.

> ITU ISUP Signaling testing of CCE.

> Testing of various ISUP features such as Early ACM, Enbloc-Overlap,

and Suspend-Resume etc.

> Testing of ISUP - SIP interworking scenarios.

> Prepared XML scenarios to simulate for different test cases.

> Executing test cases using the different XML scenarios

> Raised CQs for various bugs.
