> My role as a Recruiter is to identify the client requirements and to
fulfill their requirements and submitting the good profiles.
> Sourcing the right consultants with the required skills according to
the requirement and submitting them to the client.
> Generating database through referrals, websites and regular follow-
ups.
> Posting the hotlist of the consultant's availability and skills on the
group sites.
> Interacting with Consultants over phone and Voice mails to brief about
the project, Location, duration, benefits, salary package,
