Recruitment : Conducted the Writ ten Tests, Group discussions, Interviews and
recruited candidates as per the requirements. Issuing of offer & appointment letters &
Deployments.
I nduction: Conducted the orientation programs and Training programs on SKS
H istory, Core Values and companies HR Policy to the job incumbents.

Ensuring the HR Policy implementation and adherence effectively.
T raining &Development: Conducted t raining Programs to develop a culture of
respect, to develop the effective leadership, to enhance the employee morale and
engagement levels to bottom line business success. Conducting Refreshment t rainings for
t he employees.
Payroll : P rocessing the Salaries and Incentives. Completing the Payroll before the
deadline.
Statutory and Labour Compliances: Completing the process of applying the
L abour Licenses for the new SKS establishments. Submitted half yearly returns of E.S.I,
Quar terly returns of M inimum Wage Returns, ER-1, ER-2 and Maternity Annual Returns
successfully before the dead lines at the Labour office and Employment Exchange.
H R MS: M aintain a proactive HR M IS that contains data updated on a daily basis.
Worked on HRMS for Leave management, Data uploads Employee code generation /
Deactivation & Query handling.
D isciplinary Issues: Faced Category A, B & C cases (as per the company policy)
and solved them by co-ordinating with Legal team. Issuing the show cause notices for the
concern staff asking for the explanation by coordinating with Regional Managers / HODs.

M anagers / HODs
G rievances Handling: Redressing the grievances related to rehire, Medical
C laims, Employee Stock Option Plan, PF, ESI, and Salary- Incentives.
E mployee Relations: Conducting meetings with Field Employees individually at
t he branch level to identify the issues, Employee Benefits, Quality of Work Life, Superior-
Subordinate relationship etc and worked out towards quick solutions and brought down the
