I was charged with the logistical transfer, fielding, and training of personnel for a new 50
ton crane. I was subject as site manager for setup operations, to include but not limited to; office
building, training class room, housing accommodations, electricity, fuel, communications,
training sites and materials, procurement of safety and equipment (to include port-o-johns, safety
zoning, providing sanitary drinking water, transportation and bunkers), planning and scheduling
of classes, and being responsible for oversight on crane operations and maintenance procedures
prior to issuance of equipment into military operations. I also was charged with the responsibility
as the senior instructor for heavy equipment and crane operator training established and
approved by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operations, TACOM and
military engineer schools in Ft. Leonard Wood.

I was responsible for the logistical transfers of CE/MHE from Iraq to Afghanistan via
Kuwait. I also conducted maintenance induction to include the movement of equipment from
surrounding areas throughout Afghanistan for the refurbishment and reset programs. I was also
responsible for the transition of equipment property listing to be contingent with relation to
operations.
New Equipment Instructor for armored CE/MHE. Utilizing an Applied System Approach to
Training, course management, I facilitated training for add on armor (AoA), CE/MHE systems. I
was responsible for development of course outlines, training aids, evaluation management,
phasing and scheduling of formal on-the-job-training (OJT), establishing course attendance
prerequisites, course announcements, and coordination for training areas. Coordinate and assure
with EN BDE/BN/CO that CE/MHE AoA, New Equipment Training requirements are met in
OIF OEF. Trained soldiers on the following armored systems Terex 50ton crane, Grove 22.5ton
crane, D-7G Dozer, 130G Grader, MW24C Loader, HYEX Hydraulic Excavator, 621B Scraper,
ATLAS 10K Forklift, 815F High Speed Compactor and C563D Vibratory Roller.
Instructional- Conducted technical training of military personnel on operational and
mechanical maintenance, incorporated media for lesson plans to coincide with existing
technical manuals and data.
Logistical- Established and maintained training locations deeds and permits required
including life support operations and communication.
Mechanical- Aided and assisted with Field Service Representatives (FSR’s) on
installation repair and training of newly fielded equipment.

Served as an operator for various material handling equipment (MHE). Licensed on, 4k -
30k forklifts, and 45 ton rough terrain container handlers (RTCH). Controlled and supervised the
dispatching of MHE assets to include logistical coordination of assets throughout site operations.
Site lead for night operations. Responsibilities included equipment operator testing, evaluation,
and credential verification to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. I
aided site management and sub-contractor management with MHE for best practices for new
construction projects and site set-ups in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Other
