Sirsaim Plot at Sirsaim in North Goa as a Plot Manager. It includes

I was working as a shift in charge in Velguem/Surla Iron ore mines. My

work profile was planning for production target day to as well as for

month, deployment of man and machineries, Dumping activities and

managements, truck and dumper movement in the mines, Quality management for

Export.

for 01 year:

I was working as a shift in charge and looking after Dumping activities and

managements, truck and dumper movement in the mines, as well as the quality

control.

> Worked in MELATHERU MINING CO.PVT LTD. as a Mines Foreman for 09

months

I was working in Sateli iron ore mines, Maharashtra, as a shift in charge

and looking after mining works, scheduling of production as well as

dispatch planning, Dumping activities, transportation within the mines, as

well as the quality control.

for 04 years 03 months

Worked in Matta & Dando mine and during that period I got a lot of

experience about plant (dry & washing) operation, beneficiation of ore,

material stacking, barge loading, blending of ores, etc. After completion

of my training I was working as a shift in charged. All the plant operation

including feeding, output and quality of the products were under my

jurisdiction. Barge loading operation and the transport of material were

handled by me during the shifts. As a Mines Foreman I was responsible for

quality control, dumping operations and safety aspects in the mines.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

1) Diploma in Mining Engineering from Asansol Polytechnic, West Bengal

in 2001 with 76.4% (1st Division) with distinction.

2) Higher secondary (10+2) from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary

Education in 1998 with 67.2 % (1st Division)

3) Secondary (10) from West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in 1996

with 77.77% (1st Division)

TRAINING

1) One year training in opencast iron ore mine of M/s, D.B.Bandodkar &

Sons Pvt. Ltd about method of working, deep hole drilling and blasting

operation.

2) Seven month vocational training in underground Uranium and Zinc mine of

UCIL & HZL respectively about method of working, drilling &blasting

operation.

3) Six month vocational training in underground coal mines under ECL about

method of working, drilling & blasting operation.
