To Whom It May Concern:

I would recommend Richard Mohoruk as a potential candidate for your organization. His ability to learn and

take on new responsibilities during his 2003 – 2012 employment with Minty’s Moving was one of his strong

points. Rick progressed from being hired as a labourer to the position of Project Manager and Safety

Coordinator during his employment with Minty’s Moving Ltd.

Minty’s Moving Ltd. is a multi-dimensional structural moving and heavy construction company focused on the

construction and rehabilitation of bridge structures, pile driving, horizontal boring, culvert jacking, shoring,

structural moving and heavy hauling. Rick’s capacity to acquire new knowledge and abilities contributed to his

many accomplishments while employed in this diversified environment.

As a Project Manager, Rick is experienced in managing all aspects of construction projects which included

working closely with engineers, consultants and sub-contractors, understanding contract documents and project

specifications, interpreting technical drawing and resolving technical issues.

When the position of Company Safety Coordinator became vacant he accepted this additional workload and

volunteered to take more training to take on the responsibilities associated with this position. Rick did an

excellent job in the position of Safety Coordinator and COR auditor. He performed his duties with dedication

and enthusiasm.
