Review and approve all requests for payment.

Review and respond to contractor’s protests of architects’ decision/request.

Plan and conduct project meetings with Architects, Contractors, CCS, and User Agency

concerning issues related to the assigned protects.

Ensure construction project close out is in accordance with established GSFIC guidelines.

Review and approve rental rates, progress schedules, and schedule of values submitted by

contractor at the beginning of each project.
