Command Chief Warrant Officer, Office of the Chief Army Reserve, Fort Belvoir, VA 2007 – Present

• Collaborate with Army officials, Congressional members and Army National Guard Counterparts in

support of Warrant Officer centric strategic initiatives that created synergy between both Reserve

Components

• Worked closely with Army Reserve Careers Division, USAR Human Capitol Enterprise Lead and Army

Human Resources Command to develop and implement the first ever Troop Program Unit warrant officer
