. Over all responsible on the assigned shift, well help oversee the
security operations to ensure completion and compliance of all
department policies and procedures on safety and security.
. Maintain working relationship on a shift basis with all security units
and other department and relevant agencies.
. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing various security
plans and programs concerning hotel and mall operation.
. Assist senior security manager in performing and analyzing annual risk
and vulnerability analysis for the company related to the crime,
terrorism, and work place violence, threats from manmade and natural
disaster.
. Maintain and create a good customer relationship in order to ensure
complete understanding of various customer handling procedures and
provide them (customer) acceptable responses, regarding implemented
security measure.
. Establish relationship with law-enforcement agencies & other
legitimate organizations to address
security issues and concerns.
. Assist the senior security manager in developing and managing incident
reporting system and filing.
. Enhance employee security awareness programs and schedule training.
. Coordinate emergency response plan with department lead unit and
conduct exercises and simulation drills during the shift.
. Collates and assesses intelligence reports from various sources and
prepare plan of action to be reported to senior management.
. Assist in planning and execute all phases of event security operation
for the company.
