CAMP BOSS: Reporting To: Construction Manager, Admin & Pers .Manager:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Will be responsible for managing multinational workforce.

To handle complete camp administration, camp maintenance, safety and security.

Mobilization and demobilization

Food Inspection (Daily)

Camp routine check up

Hygiene control – kitchen work area, kitchen, housekeeping & janitorial

Update staff uniforms (Catering)

Make daily manpower occupancy report

Camp Maintenance

Allocation of rooms according to category

Maintain housekeeping, laundry and recreation.

Manage, supervise and coordinate all camp activities.

Order, receive and check the material quality and reject for the camp purpose

Maintain staff attendance and submit to finance to payroll

Ensure compliance with all regulations, code of conduct etc.

JOB OBJECTIVES

1. to interact with internal and external customers to ensure all incoming and outgoing

personnel and items are processed in a timely fashion, undertakes inductions to new guests.

2. To conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen including use by date and storage

methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained.

3. To set work priorities and respond to changing external priorities that impact on daily planned

activities.

4. To prepare reports for Managers as required including daily accommodation and catering

status report.

To supervise Camp support staff.

5.

6. To manage all incoming and outgoing business and camp residents mail.

7. To maintain camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Company policies and

procedures.

To overlook the catering services and ensure that the menu caters to the different

nationalities, food is cooked under hygienic conditions, ensure stock of all items and order

accordingly.

9. Carry out regular inspections of the kitchen, dining areas and stores to ensure all cleaning

and maintenance work is done. To ensure that food served on time.

10. Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the camp and its surrounding.

11. To coordinate with the Transport Department to ensure that buses arrive on time to pick and

drop the workmen from camp to the work site and back.

12. To ensure that any disputes within the camp between workmen or any misbehavior is

immediately reported to the HR Department.

13. To plan and organize accommodation for new hires as and when Time Office notifies the

arrival

14. To ensure that the laundry service is prompt and timely.

TIMEKEEPER: Reporting to Construction Manager:

Control of apprx.1400 employees of different nationalities, book each employees working hours

on system, hire workers locally from sub contractors, analyze their performance, make separate

time card for hired workers, observe their duties very closely, if found unsatisfactory terminate

them immediately from site, make leave request of company employees, find out eligibility,

submit daily manpower report, issuing warning letters, recommend for promotion, termination

etc., consult Supervisors for manpower requirements for their section and inform concerned,

distribute the workers to different sites according to sites demand, safety and medical, maintain

harmonious relations between management and workers, redress of workers grievances etc., overall day to

day function office, deal with managers and workers, make manpower report etc.

PURCHASE ASSISTANT: Reporting to Procurement Manager-Crude Oil Pipe Line Project:

Receive Goods Request Form from sites, Contact suppliers for their price, quality and availability,

distribute the goods to different sites according to their requirements, raise purchase orders, making

dispatch note, etc.

PURCHASE ASSISTANT: Reporting to Supplies & Warehouse Manager

Make tender documents for Food & Beverages, issue Purchase Orders, make Goods Dispatch Not for

F&B Warehouse, Order daily Fresh Vegetables & Fruits from suppliers, handle petty Cash of SR.75, 000/-,

Make reconciliation statement with original bill, Goods Received Note, Purchase Order to Accounts

Department, Distribute the money to each Purchase Officers according to their daily requirements, and all

other day to day office works.

SECRETARY: Reporting to Project Manager, Planning & Development Manager, Project -

coordinator, Dep. Project Manager, Supplies and Warehouse Manager.

To provide all above managers with Secretarial and Administrative support and assist in the running of

the Hospital and Domestic Division, Secretarial duties, associated with Administrative Function of the

Supplies Department. Secretarial duties associated with Administrative Function of the Supplies

Department (Food & Beverage), consistently produce work of high standard.

To be responsible for the typing requirement, word processing, ensuring the presentation of all

external/internal and filing letters is to standard, this include copying of long hand, especially in

the preparation of reports and statements and produce documents from word processing., to be

responsible for the retrieval information filing system covering the following sections:

1. Development

2. Sub Department

3. HOD Requirement

4. Clients record files

5. Project files etc.

Need to maintain closed historical files are essential and the confidentiality and security of these files,

to be able to assist the clerical staff of the sub department within hospital as and when required upon

assessment of priorities. To greet visitors and portray the department and companies image, co-

ordinate meeting arrangements as and when required, developing co-operative relations with other

department and potential guests.

Administrative Function: To ensure all telexes and mail are recorded and processed according

to the priorities and in accordance with the laid down procedure, to receive and make

telephone calls, relaying information as required to appropriate parties, to co-ordinate the stationery

requisition for the department, to administer the office cleaning in co-ordination with

Housekeeping Supervisor, to process and record travel requests for department staff in accordance

with the laid down procedure, to maintain records of office equipment and office allied inventories, to

make Maintenance Request as and when required. Technical Involvement: Staff Involvement: To be

responsible for the compilation of own time sheet in readiness for signature, to be responsible for

preparation of senior staff level records ready and to submit Manager. Word Processing Operation:

To produce weekly and monthly report for Project Manager, To produce staff Hand Book for
