Plant Manager/President Mogadore Patterns Inc. 1975-2007

Manufacturer of precision tire models used for manufacture of tire molds. Customers included all the

major Rubber companies in the world. Each incoming job required customized engineering and

inventiveness to manufacture. Manufacturer of injection mold parts, CNC machined parts. 25+ years

management experience operating small business (55-60 employees) .002” tolerance manufacturing –

Quality manager, sales manager, production supervisor, plant manager, maintenance supervisor,

administrator employee benefits, Board of Directors, hiring manager, raw material purchasing, policy

maker, Project manager, buyer for all plant equipment, apartment property manager, machinist, estimator.

Managed a few plant expansions over the years, maintaining production schedules during construction

phases. Held the position of President from 1999-2007. Wore many hats for 30+ years.
