orders in timely fashion. Hire and train all the production support

personnel. Schedule preventative maintenance for all the plant equipment.

Coordinate with shipping department to ensure all the customer orders are

shipped out complete and timely. Plan and present the operating budget for

production and its supporting departments. Oversee the tooling department

to make sure all the dies and tools are in good condition or any tooling

maintenance requests need to be generated. Work closely with quality

department to ensure proper training is provided to the machine operators.

Visit customers to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of the

product they are receiving or to

help them design new energy efficient systems.

Responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance of all the plant

equipment. Managed a team of 12 technicians. Responsible to acquire all

latest extrusion equipment from Europe. Managed the 140,000 square feet

expansion project at Reno facility including installation of state of the

art new extrusion lines. Worked closely with power company to cut down the

power usage without affecting any operations. Saved $120k per year in power

usage by installing new energy efficient equipment subsidized by KEMA.
