HUMAN RESOURCE: -

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

Assist in manpower forecasting and review

Analysis of manpower requirement

Responsible for complete joining and orientation of all employees.

Handle Employee grievances.

TIME OFFICE FUNCTIONS: -

Prepare HR reports and presentations like Manpower reports, Overtime &

late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports of on Roll and off Roll

Employees etc.

Off Roll Manpower Management, this includes verification of wage bills

etc.Salary and Wages administration, which includes Salary advice,

Overtime, Full & Final settlement and Mandatory compliance and exits etc.

ADMINISTRATION: -

Dealing with Local Bureaucrats, Local government authorities.

Represent the company during inspection and liaison with different

Government authorities.

Supervision of Land and security personnel.handling local IR issues.

Co-ordination of various departments, supervision of transportation,
