Core Banking Solution Architecture & Performance (SQL, UNIX). The

implementation of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) BaNCS system at the

State Bank of India (SBI) represents the largest core systems project ever

undertaken. The use of a UNIX-based platform to process more than 100

million accounts daily.

The Performance Tuning team handles 5 modules SOD (Start of the day),

Online, ATM, EOD (End of the day) and Reports. The Report module system

generates reports in all over India branches. Reports like Statements,

Form61, Audit, Adhoc etc. These Reports will be accessed by all branches

and headquarters in all over India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Involved in testing medium priority functionalities.

. Ensure that all the test cases are written and updated in Quality

Center.

. Preparation of Test suite, Test case documentation, Test Execution

. Playing major role in back end test data creation and database Testing

. Test execution and Defect reporting in QC

. Taking follow-up with the BAs, development team for the Defects and

coordinating with them to solve the bugs
