management skills, quality assurance, program development, and training

|Work EXPERIENCE |

From July-2011 to 31st Dec 2011

Worked with Usha & Krishna Company (Franchise of Amway) Bhopal as

Distributor Client Services executive.

Responsibilities:-

. Handling Amway's Distributer's Joining and their paper work.

. Processing and tracking Order's using AS400 Database.

. Resolving queries of Distributers about joining procedure,

productions and orders.

. Coordinate with other DCS across the country for tracking and

resolving Distributors issues.

Achievements and Learning:-

. Have gained experience of running DCS alone in extreme pressure and

work load for months which includes 500 Distributers in the region.

. Patient and Polite not easily flustered by difficult or angry

customers.

. Have apprised by all superiors as best DCS executive in the region.

Project:-

. Major project: Have done project in insurance sector( from TATA-AIG-

Life insurance)

(On topic Market potential of TATA-AIG in

insurance field).

. Minor project: With Airtel Bharti for two weeks ( Survey works).
