• Conceptualize the detailed project reports; taking off documents, Microsoft Project execution

program and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, project evaluation in

terms of outlays and profits attached.

• Establish the time span of project execution as per client specifics.

• List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.

• Monitor/Discuss project status review every day with engineers.

Site & Construction Management

• Supervise all construction activities, including providing technical inputs for methodologies of

construction & coordination with site activities.

• Develop project reporting system; conducting progress review and coordination meetings.

• Execute the project as per the specification and complete in time.

• Identify & develop alternate methods of construction and achieve the back logs

• Identify the vender sources to achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely

delivery so as to minimize project cost.

• Ensure that equipment/materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.

Contract Management

• Preparation & floating of work orders to contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno

commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.

• Resolve of all techno commercial disputes and clarifications during execution of project.

• Preparing contract budgets & ensuring that the same is not exceeded.

• Resolve of disputes with clients, contractors and statutory bodies.

Co ordination

• Co ordination with consultants and client to ascertain technical specifications and construction

related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.

• Relationship management with other departments.

Quality Control:

• Coordination of Quality Control & assurance at site by liaison with Materials In charge.

• Quality Control and assurance including laboratory testing. Monitoring standards and keeping

records.

• Check laboratory testing procedures, Schedule, details of tests and establish laboratory at site.

Check and monitor laboratory functioning at site and take remedial action in case of deficiencies.

HSE and Security:

• Site safety monitoring and assurance including medical and fire fighting arrangements.
