Contract Management

• Preparation & floating of work orders to contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno

commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.

• Resolve of disputes with clients, contractors and statutory bodies.

Co ordination

• Co ordination with consultants and client to ascertain technical specifications and construction

related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.

Quality Control:

• Coordination of Quality Control & assurance at site by liaison with Materials In charge.

• Quality Control and assurance including laboratory testing. Monitoring standards and keeping

records.

• Check laboratory testing procedures, Schedule, details of tests and establish laboratory at site.
