2. MANAGE AND RECEIPT AND STORAGE OF KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS, F&B SERVCIE EQUIPMENTS, STEWARDING EQUIPMENTS,

AND ARRANGE THE ALL EQUIPMENTS (FOR REGULAR OPERATIONS) FOR ALL CHEF’S NEEDED EQUIPMENTS, F&B SERVICE NEEDED EQUIPMENTS,BANQUETS OPERATIONS NEEDED EQUIPMENTS FOR ACCORDING EACH SHIFT OPERATIONS AND BUSY OPERATIONS,

BANQUETS CHECK THE BEO AND ARRANGE THE ALL EQUIPMENTS ( FOR ISSUE & RETURN BACK TO STORES RECORDS)

3. OVER SEE THE CLEANING OF THE PREMISES.

4. .OVER SEE THE HANDLING OF KITCHEN LINER

5. MAINTAIN THE STANDARD HYGIENE IN KITCHEN, BACK OF THE HOUSE AREA

6. CLEANING THE KITCHEN EQUIPMENTS.

7. CONTROL OF ANALYSE COST OF BREAKAGES,QUALITY OF SUPPORTS PROVIDED TO OTHER SECTION CONDITION AND CLEANESS OF FACILITES AND EQUIPMENTS AND GUEST SATISFICATION.
