Employee Provident Fund

< Preparation & Submission of EPF Returns (Form 5, Form 10, Form 12A (R)
with Monthly Challan.
< Preparation & Submission of Annual Return (Form 3A, Form 6A)
Contract Labour Management
< Ensuring and monitoring the compliance of contractors with the statutory
requirements as per Contract Labour Act. such as Labour license, PF & ESI
contribution, Employment cards, Muster-rolls, Overtime registers, Adult
registers etc.
< Monitoring and supervision of daily attendance records.
< Monitoring and filing records of contract employee's PF & ESI.
< Keeping tab on Contractor master-rolls.
< Ensuring issuance of work order to contractors.

< Checking of monthly bills of contractors for accuracy.

Compensation & Benefits
