Create labels for inventory as well as mailing labels. Mail out monthly promotions
to customers.
Verify correct amount paid invoices.
Computer input: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point and Peachtree.
Check In drivers also receive the invoices, credit/returns along with customer’s
payments.
Fax paper work, answer phones, and take down orders from customers and
salesman.
Process sales orders and invoices, verify that invoices match sales orders
Verify inventory in/out stock to customers and salesman.
Order supplies needed in the office
Maintain the supplies neat and organized.
Train receptionists/secretary.
