POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Director and 51 numbers of direct reports comprising one project engineer, 40 numbers of
Civil people and 10 numbers of fabrication people.
• This is a new project comprising of 300 TPD Alfa Laval Palm Oil Refinery and Fractionation plant with 100 TPD
Interesterification plant.
• Organize and execute the works which are related to the successful completion of this project.
• The project is in the commissioning stage now.
• This project has been delayed due to the hostile attitude of our state government here in Kerala, India.
Nov 2006 - July 08: PARISONS FOODS (P) LTD, Kerala, India.

POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the General Manager and around 150 numbers of direct reports comprising of plant engineers,
quality control persons, persons in the refinery, fractionation, interesterification, bakery plant, boiler, effluent
treatment plant, packing, electrical department and in the maintenance department.
• Handled Operations and Maintenance Activities of 300 TPD Alfa Laval Refinery, Fractionation,
Interesterification and Bakery Shortening plants.
Key Achievements:
• Optimized the plant efficiency by effectively managing men, material and machine.
• Optimized the boiler efficiency by controlling fuel and steam consumption.

Ex, Brazil and De Smet, Belgium. The 200 TPD Refinery was supplied by De Smet.

• A solvent loss has been optimized using improved extraction techniques.
• Implemented training program for the operational persons.
Jan 1998 – June 2000: EMIRATES REFINING COMPANY LTD, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Refining of Vegetable Oils including Soft and Hard oils, Manufacturing of Hydrogenated Fats, Margarine and Bakery
Shortenings with an annual turnover of over 200 million American Dollars.
POSITION: PROCESS SUPERVISOR

refinery, hydrogenation and bakery plants.
• Handled operation and maintenance of 500 TPD refinery supplied by Westfalia, Germany and De Smet,

series of Separators.
