Pacific Dental Services ~ Irvine, CA 10/06 - 06/12
. Applicant Tracking System Administrator/Trainer - implement new ATS
system, create, import, update and maintain database, assign
roles/permissions (Ultipro Suite System Admin). Create training
materials, job aids, etc. Launch initial ATS online training to all
hiring managers. Provide technical support, ongoing training,
reports, statistics, and improvement solutions to executives.
Maintain / update company intranet site. Act as SME on implementation
team & various projects.
. Human Resource Analyst/Trainer - create, implement, maintain database,
and monitor performance evaluation process using Halogen software.
Create all forms and processes. Create all training materials, quick
reference guides, job aids, etc. Deliver classroom ILT, online and
onsite training to all associates. Provide technical support, reports
and improvement solutions to executives. Maintain all organizational
charts company wide. Hire HR Coordinator to assist with administration
of system. Manage multiple projects for various stakeholders using
PMI methodologies.
. Professional Services Development/Trainer - create, plan and implement
newly hired dentists' PDS Essentials 90-Day Orientation/Training
Program. Facilitate, communicate, create and assign necessary DDS
criteria to all new dentists, and field offices. Monitor program
success and report statistics to executives. Plan and implement study
clubs topics, logistics, etc., for all dentists in seven regions.
Assist VP of Leadership Development with implementation of this
program for all positions within the company. Promoted to manager
within four months. Hire two Clinical Administrators to manage
Clinical Administration. Provide solutions to training and
development of company-wide projects.

. Director of Training - hired as a technical writer/trainer promoted to
Director of Training shortly thereafter. Start-up training
department, build team of six, design and develop training curriculum,
programs, testing, and assessments, including new hire orientation,
sales, soft skills, and systems training (LOS-Empower), implement
budget, policy and procedures, evaluate and monitor success of
programs and adjust accordingly, interface with third-party vendors
and stakeholders, survey and communicate to associates as needed.
Research and propose LMS solutions. Offer ILT, e-learning
(asynchronous and synchronous) and self-study programs.

. Instructional Design & Presentation - high security access control,
design and present technical training - perform needs analysis,
utilize adult learning methods, design technical hands-on hardware
related (controllers, inputs, relays, readers, etc.) training courses
from implementation to completion. Create step-by-step exercises for
end-users to complete successfully and refer back to if needed.
Facilitate hardware and software training (TCP/IP, WK2, SQL Server
2000, etc.) for dealers and end-users in security industry (e.g., FBI,
ADT, Homeland Security, etc.) This process included reformatting hard
drive, software installation and configuration; ensure software is
functioning properly with hardware by testing input triggers (opening
the door). Offer suggestions with customer application needs.
. On-Site Training Project Plan - designed project plan to assist with
on-site training. Document includes contact information, training
interview questions, project scope, materials list, training agenda
and closing statement.
. Personal and Professional Development Training Library - design and
implement training library for personal and professional development
for all Hirsch employees. Created Access database to maintain and
update as needed.
. Training Facilities - assist with the design and construction of two
state-of-the-art learning classrooms; containing high security access
control panels interfaced to sixteen stations client/server host PC's,
utilizing hardwire and TCP/IP protocol on Windows 2000 platform,
utilizing SQL Server 2000 database. Complete implementation from
planning design, construction, electrical, installation, and
troubleshooting.
. Network Administrator - maintain, update, troubleshoot, hardware and
software for a thirty-four server/workstations LAN (classroom).
Utilize Symantec Ghosting software to streamline setup timelines.
