I am working as a Production Supdt. in a green field paper mill (

http://www.waraq.com ) making White top, Test Liner, Kraft Liner & Fluting.

My job is to manage the complete production activities involved in a shift.

Production Supdt. will be the only officer available in the shifts. About

50 skilled men are working under me. The plant produces 500 MT/day.
