Innovation:
. Created new on-boarding system which led to new sales reps contributing

results of 7 campuses' admissions departments. Traveled to each location,
as needed, and evaluated, trained, coached, and motivated more than 50
admissions representatives and seven Director's of Admissions to maximize
quantity and quality of lead conversion. The main areas of training
revolved around effective outbound phone calls, face-to-face interviews,
and profitable follow-up. Worked with campus' Executive Directors to
